Terms of Service

Master Infrastructure Agreement for Enterprise Workforce Systems.

1. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement governs the provision of high-volume, transactional notification services for industrial workforce management. ON-WPOM provides the technical infrastructure to bridge Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with workforce mobile and email endpoints.

Usage of our system is strictly limited to Transactional Integrity Events, including shift bidding, onboarding compliance, and safety notifications.

2. Corporate Eligibility

Our services are not available to the general public. To maintain an account, you must:

  • Be a verified legal business entity in good standing.
  • Provide a corporate tax ID (EIN) or equivalent international business registration.
  • Utilize a corporate domain for all administrative communications.

3. Infrastructure Usage & Restrictions

3.1 Transactional Mandate

You acknowledge that the ON-WPOM infrastructure is optimized for non-marketing traffic. You agree not to transmit any material that constitutes advertising, marketing, or promotional "junk" mail. Violation of this clause triggers an immediate suspension of API access to protect the network's IP reputation.

3.2 Recipient Opt-In

You warrant that every recipient email address provided to the ON-WPOM API has provided explicit, documented consent to receive operational communications related to their employment or contract status. You agree to indemnify Omni-Network Solutions, Inc. against any claims arising from a lack of valid recipient consent.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We provide a 99.99% Uptime Guarantee for our API endpoints. Given the critical nature of workforce bidding (where delays cause industrial downtime), we prioritize traffic based on the "Criticality Level" defined in your API payload.

Maintenance windows are scheduled during low-traffic periods (Sunday 02:00–04:00 CST) and are communicated 72 hours in advance via the System Alerts channel.

5. Limitation of Liability

Omni-Network Solutions, Inc. shall not be held liable for any industrial downtime, loss of production, or workforce labor disputes resulting from the failure of notification delivery beyond our direct control, including but not limited to recipient ISP blockages or incorrect workforce data provided by the Client.

6. Termination for Non-Compliance

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke API keys immediately if:

  • The Client’s bounce rate exceeds 5% over a 24-hour window.
  • Spam complaints exceed 0.08% of total volume.
  • The Client attempts to use the infrastructure for unsolicited marketing or "Cold" recruitment.
